WHY WOOD PELLETS?

PELLETS: Barbecue pellets are made from 100% natural hardwood sawdust, Pulverized and extruded through a rotating die under enormous pressure. This forms the pellet which is about the size of a pencil eraser. These pellets produce 8500 BTU’s per pound with very little ash.
